20th Spring 516 A.V.
Jade walked into the stables whistling with a smile. She was happy to be around the horses once more. A certain peace was achieved when the daily ritual of cleaning the stalls, brushing the horses, and putting new feed out began again. The blond was not aware that soon she would be face to face with another new race. Jade had meet many new faces this season already a Kelvic was the most noticeable one. Halar had been very short with her after she had snuck up on him while out hunting. After the experience Jade tended to be more careful in the woods making sure her daggers were in reach just in case her bow was not an option. After he threatened to attack Diria is when the blond decided she would not stay too friendly with him.
“Morning Diria!” Jade said and grabbed the lead rope.
She lead the mare from the stall and walked outside with her to the corral. At least that is what Serena and Ulliver called it. Taking the lead off Diria ran forward and around the corral. Smiling the blond walked back inside to start cleaning the stall out. She petted several of the horses on the nose while working around the stables. She was at total peace even among the smell. Laughing gently she remembered when Draven had come in to lend a hand. He quickly expressed his displeasure at the foul smell and various loud noises the horses would make when ready to be taken from the stalls for a time. The sound a gentle voice caught the woman's ear from the door way.
“Hello how may I help you?” Jade asked walking up to the beautiful young woman.
