So here are some notes:

You need to list your Date of Birth as well as your age.
In order to work as an instructor for the Dusk Tower, you must PM the local DS for permission - in this case, me.
When listing your skill points, you must include either SP (starting package) or RB (racial bonus) next to the number, letting me know where they were allotted from.
For the possessions and lodging sections, please refer to the Starting Package. Every character starts with an elementary set of gear. Also, you must choose either a 20x20 cottage, a tent and travel amenities or forgo it all and receive 500 gold mizas. You may cash in your housing and reside at the Solar Wind Apartments, if you wish.

My other comments are personal ones. I find it unlikely a 43 year old woman would be utterly without signs of aging. Though skin care and hygiene would certainly help, they cannot halt the process entirely. I'd consider re-phrasing that. Otherwise, I'm not aware of a Shiri Dusk - all currently existing members of Dusk House are listed here. Either choose another member or alter your history.

Once these changes are made, I'll be more than happy to approve your sheet!
