Title and Date
“I thought I smelt you coming, Junco.” Said Epifanio with a smile on his face. He had taken a liking to just staring down below. It wasn’t until this particular night that he grew to enjoy it. Despite the cold it seemed to be relaxing. Looking over everything in the Tavern was particularly peaceful. “So I see you’ve taken a liking to Grace?” He said to break the ice. “So what do you see in her? I noticed that you were trying to tell some stories.”
Epifanio lightly kicked at Junco’s foot that was next to him, as to give him a friendly nudge. “You know, you should be careful. I am not much of a one to offer advice over the matters of the heart, but if you find that you like her there is a story that I could over you.” As things got a bit deeper Epifanio went on and shared the story of Turnif Snowsong and Mary Skyglow. It was a tale between holds and something that snowsongs shared in times like these.
“ "Lets go" Turnif Snowsong said,
but what choice did she have,
Mary Skyglow just agreed, shook her head.
So off they went,
They were tired, but where we were going had no bed,
"We'll be there soon" Turnif said,
but Mary didn't have the heart,
She just smiled, shook her head.
Turnif was full of hope,
Mary said "it isn't..."
Turnif went on "What I think?",
but Mary didn't have the heart,
She just paused, shook her head.
The caravan blazed by, they hitched a ride,
that part was easy, they sat there safely,
"My dreams are in that city" Turnif said,
but she couldn't say a thing,
Mary just frowned, shook her head.
They arrived late evening night,
Turnif was energetic, full with joy,
the city was damp, dark with hate,
but Mary didn't have the heart,
She just followed, shook her head.
Jealous of his happiness, those people stared,
Turnif was silly, but kind, without despair,
It was all Mary’s my fault what happened that day,
She just weep, shaking her head,
if only she could've told him,
he wouldn't lay there dead.”
After finishing the story, Epifanio took a moment to study how Junco reacted about the situation. After standing up and offering a hand to help Junco up himself he went on again. “Don’t let your heart follow love blindly into danger.” He said
