City Wide Mystery Signup

I see we are not very heavy character involvement and I wanted to get this rolling.

This is a city wide mystery. Once I get any signups I will post up the starting thread.

Sorry about the long wait on this I will be putting up the thread start for this soon. It will most likely continue ICly into next season FYI I will post the thread here when done.
