Appearance

Czes stands at 5'8, and is thin and malnourished from being mistreated by the slavers. A few scars litter him, but he hasn't been hurt too badly. He has light brown hair and blue eyes, with delicate features. The most prominent scar would be the one that came from a slice across his cheek.

Personality

A boy filled with grief after the loss of his siblings,
he is quiet but certainly not timid. Though he is not usually a fighter, he will often stand up for what he believes in if it benefits him to. He will act as he sees fit for the situation he is in, and in the way that keeps himself the safest.

He sees the world as a grim place after what happened to him, and is a person much different than he was. Though, despite his grief, he wishes for revenge against the world that did this to him. Czes believes that things happen for reasons, and is accepting of most things, yet his sister Lina's death threw him, and he struggles with applying his own logic to it. As he can't imagine a reason for people he cares about dieing. Though his adopted sister Anri is grieved for aswell, as while she is alive, he considers her just as dead as Lina.

History

He spent his childhood days traveling to different places with his family, his two sisters; Anri and Lina and their father; Cyrus Aster. Each of the children had different mothers, Lina and Czes leaving theirs soon after birth and Anri being adopted while their father was in Syrilas. Cyrus, while not an adventurer, was a travelling musician from Zeltiva who wanted to see everywhere he could, and wanted his children to do the same.

He learnt languages along the way from people and they went to many cities, his father spoke only common, but his adopted sister was half isur, and taught him some. While in Mura he learnt some Kontinese phrases.

His father taught him to sing, and his older sister taught him how to dance and acrobatics. He enjoyed both of these things and practiced whenever he could.

When Cyrus died in 516AV, Lina was nineteen, and decided she could take care of the two children herself, and took them to Syrilas, so they could get a permanent place to live in a safe city. However on their way, they were attacked and taken by Slavers, who they lived with for a while before they attempted to escape. Lina was killed by the Slavers during this, as she was the first to attack them, while Czes was kept alive. Anri was the only one who managed to get away, abandoning Czes with the slavers. He blames Anri for not taking him with her, as he was treated even worse than he had been before they attempted to escape.
