So I have a question about how auristics works against a shield created by a shielder. Normally a magical shield is only visible to those of an equal or higher level in shielding, however as auristics deals with perceiving normally invisible and magical phenomenon it could be said that an aurist would be able to somehow sense the presence of a shield as well, if not visibly see it, as well as the auras of things covered by the shield. I was wondering if any experienced players could answer any of the following questions for me:
1. Can an aurist sense the location and shape of a shield? Would said shield need to be of equal or lower level to their auristics?
2. Can an aurist see the auras of things that lay behind a shield? Would they need to be a higher level aurist than the shields level?
3. If an aurist can perceive a shield do they actually see it like a shielder does and notice the patterns and colours to it, or do they just sort of sense that its there without being able to see its structure? Does this mean they'd be able to look for weaknesses in the shield?
Thank You
