Cres from

This NPC will become a full-time resident NPC of Syka when/if you introduce her to the Settlement. She will be your direct line of access to Architectrix. And she will dwell in the 'abandoned' structure you have found. However, she is incredibly shy, very very old, and is going to be hard to coax into interaction at first.
Her name is Cres and Arch is not all she knows. You may use her at will and her full NPC writeup will be posted once you have discovered a few of her skills. This might entail a few one-on-one threads with me.
Ines's main goal this season is hitting Expert in Wilderness Survival. She is very close, 10EXP away, so I should be able to do that in two training threads. I also need to write up the Bala's Bowl location before any further roleplay takes place on it. Aiming for a 2500-3000 word count for all of my solos, duo or group threads will be different.
Ines always feels more comfortable in the wilderness, and she is going to go to Bala's Bowl more frequently after she hits Expert. As much as she likes traveling with people, she rarely feels close enough to the jungle unless she is alone in it, or with someone who thinks of it the same way that she does. As of yet, she hasn't met anyone whom she feels this way with - Indigo was the closest, but something is keeping Ines from wanting to bond with her.
The second time Ines goes to Bala's Bowl (Gratitude Thread Challenge being the first), she is going to still avoid the area towards the back. It still feels strange to her, so she will begin carving out a home closer to the lake, where most of the fruit trees are, near where she camped with Indigo. She will set up a hammock and bring many of the items she can carry, but most of her camping gear (tent etc) and chest will be left in Syka, in Lars' bungalow, unless/until she gets an Ashta to carry it for her.
Ines prefers camping outside and will set up a very minimal campground, without any fires, a tarp, and only a few items carried. Adeliz is going to follow her around, having made the fact that she stayed on as a ghost known very early.
Day two will see Ines actually exploring Bala's Bowl over one or two threads, depending on how much time I spend and how in depth I go (hopefully very), with the tower being the last "region" that she finds.
In order,
1. Lake and waterfall - exploring the coast, then into
2. Behind the waterfall - a small cave that might have something inside, to
3. The fruit grove - One of the main, easiest sources of food Bala's Bowl has to offer and where Indigo got its name. It's also a bit strange to have so many fruit trees so clumped together, and on one side there's a lot of flowers growing into it. Exploration of that will lead to
4. The Butterfly Garden - A large swathe of the bowl that looks suspiciously like a garden that has been overgrown for a century or more. The flowers attract innumerable butterflies of all colors, as well as hummingbirds, bats, bees, and other insects. In the garden, she will find a path that leads to
5. The tower - Ines will finally discover the tower that hid itself in the back of the grove, as far from the trail into the bowl as possible. This will be a separate thread on its own, and hopefully when Ines meets Cres. Even if not, the kelvic will continue to camp on the lake and spend more time understanding the regions of the Bowl.
Meeting Cres will be a surprise, and that encounter will be a modded thread so I won't really know more until it happens. The end goal of the season with Cres is learning what she has to offer and getting initiated in Architectrix.
Now there is Adeliz. Ines loves Adeliz as her sister, and she wants to be able to help her - this is where Ines will learn spiritism. Adeliz will also be able to act as a sort of go-between in interactions between Ines and other ghosts in the ruins of the Maw. She will only know what Adeliz and any NPCs are able to teach her about Spiritism, but by Spring it will be enough to assist with interactions in the ruins with friendlier ghosts.
Another exciting opening that comes with knowing expert WS & being able to go into the jungle is a more in-depth exploration of her gnosis and what comes from it. She needs a total of 10 threads expressing her devotion to the gnosis and Caiyha starting by Summer 520 in order to get a second gnosis mark, though there's no real time limit. Hopefully, some skills can be mastered in that time, too. This is something that has a longer timescale for completion than anything else I'm plotting, but it's just as important to do and incorporate into my other threads. Ines lives, eats, and breathes the jungle - literally - and it's probably the #1 most important thing to her. That should be reflected in all of my posts with her.
Exploring ruins is another thing I want to do very badly, and I will likely delegate that to spring, or as group threads here in Winter. This way I can get this plotline going before anything else major may happen from exploring the ruins.
Talking to Cres, learning two magics, working with the jungle, exploring her relationship with Caiyha, and still finding time to work with the Ashta will take up a lot of the Kelvic's time.
