Appearance
noteSofia appears - and physically is - older than her age because of her half-blood.Standing at 4'10, Sofia is by no means particularly intimidating at a first glance. Despite her thick black hair, braided and thrown over her shoulder, and dark brown eyes, it is difficult to determine her half-blood heritage. She is thin, unable to gain much fat or muscle as a result of her mixed blood. Sofia carries herself with an air of confidence, and if one pays close attention, they may notice the spark of cruelty in her eyes.
She is typically dressed in the uniform every girl at the The Galatos Family Commorancy for Children is dressed in - a knee length grey skirt, a blue shirt with white accents, mary janes, and tall white socks.
Personality
Sofia is quiet. She likes watching things, observing the going-ons - and picking out the flaws of the people around her. She often twists her few words into spikes, aiming for weaknesses. She is confident, sure in her actions, and rarely regrets what she has done - though she holds herself to a perfectionist's standards, and judges herself harshly. This in turn has made her a great student, and she spends a lot of time studying for her impending graduation and hopeful initiation into the Black Sun.
Her cruelty is not the only facet of her personality - she has a surprising soft spot for animals, and is genuinely friendly to both animals and like-minded people. Animal cruelty upsets her easily, one of the few things able to break through her facade.
She favors meat and fruit, often turning down any breads offered with meals.
History
Sofia's family history is known only to few people. Her mother had left her personally, swaddled in a red silk scarf, at the Commorancy before disappearing in a whirlwind of rumors. Left with nothing but her citizenship papers and that scarf, she was raised from the age of six months to her now 10 years by the caretakers, and raised wholly devoted to Rhysol. She made clear of her intentions to join the Black Sun from a young age, and has since worked towards this, utilizing her talents in an attempt to outshine the other children.
