That's an idea. Kav wants to learn Reimancy because the land we have for Sanctuary is running out without cutting into the pastureland or her going into debt to buy more acreage. She probably will buy more acreage come to think of it, but she wants to learn Earth Reimancy so she can build DOWN into the cliff above the sea that Sanc is sitting on. Riverfall is totally built into the side of a waterfall so this makes sense to Kav to do this as well. She has to learn Reimancy to do this though. So I'm going to do part of this as focus for the NaNoWriMo month.

I don't think you'd get hurt being initiated into reimancy, but definitely there might be some trading and dickering the guy could do to take in students.

Sama'el has been initiated into reimancy. He could initiate Kavala, though he wouldn't be able to promise that Earth would be her first element. His was fire, because I felt it worked best with his personality (and also to make Hadrian jealous), but you know. I won't be offended if you'd rather solo it, but I thought I'd make the offer.

Thanks Sam... that'd be really cool to have someone she knows induct her. She needs Earth though. We don't have any really good Earth Reimancers focused on Miza and Kav wants to make Sanctuary a fortress by expanding downward.

Hadrian wants to use earth reimancy to build himself a tower eventually (maybe over the lab outside Zeltiva) but I seem to remember the wiki saying it isn't super sturdy to build that way so he will probably have to figure out how to augment it. We can compare notes! But I think the initiation is just the initiation. If Earth is her element, she doesn't need her initiator to have the same element. At least, that's how I read it.

Mizu has requested we do some more work/job threads too... so what is everyone interested in?

Kav wants to set up a kelvic birthing center since now storytellers have said that Sanc is to see kelvics through akalak baby births now. This might take some Reimancy skill too possibly attached to an NPC stranger has given us permission to use/create. Luckily hopefully I can buy his time with horses since Kav is basically flat broke!

Also, I know folks are waiting for replies in the Sanctuary post. I'll do them tonight when I get off work. I've been really tired all week - borederline depressed - 100% due to the weather changes here I think, so posting has been a challenge. If you want to suggest threads.... or if the new folks Kadrath/K'Sabe want to start posting in here, please please please feel free. You are part of the staff now or will be shortly.

As a side note, I have mistaken Reimancy initiation for Leeching initation consequences.. I guess it means no one's getting hurt through that one. As per Sanctuary stuff, we could always split the responsibilites somehow. I get that Kavala needs to be around when someone's getting a job, but any of us can address most other sitautions. Also, Jen, were you going to create the NPC or should we decide it amongst ourselves?

I'd be up for any work thread involving dogs or horses as I have those skills myself but I'm up for anything really, I have a good work schedule so I have a lot of time to write as well. And I hope you'll feel better soon Kavala:)

Hello all. We are Rath and Uruk. We are here to help out with competent level animal husbandry for veterinary care, and the training of hunting dogs/cats and horses. Uruk is best at healing, we both use Auristics, and Rath is best with training animals.
