Fall 518AV

Troubled and distraught, Han isolates himself and is unheard from (inactive) for the entirety of Fall, after his fight with Raeyn and a particularly violent outburst with the Lethaefal Mauriel. No one can directly contact or seem to find him, and the only evidence that he’s still alive is that he occasionally returns home. He seems to frequent isolated areas during this period of time; particularly, the Quartz Cave.

He’s pretty much sulking and wallowing in self-pity, sorting out his feelings and whatnot. Dramaqueen.

Possible Paths
#1: Haneht progresses greatly in his dancing career. At the peak of it, he suffers an injury so severe that it dashes his hopes and dreams and forces him to hang up his shoes, never to dance professionally again. From this, he descends into the dark place he's struggled so hard to get himself out of and loses his sense of purpose. Here, his profession (and personality?) might undergo a drastic change - or would it really be a change if what was revealed truly was Haneht? - or, he switches over to singing and acting when Lili A'realia notices that one of her former dancers actually doesn't sound half bad.


2#: Haneht leaves The Ethereal and either joins the Spinning Glimmers as a Reimancer performer or freelances. Perhaps he finds it more convenient to be self-employed, and doesn't care for whatever fame or opportunities The Ethereal might offer as long as he gets to perform. This would also open up writing and thread options, especially for jobs if he freelances. The injury could also be used here, only Han would have to find a way to overcome it himself and make use of what he has left.


3#: Han loses most of his compassion and solely prioritizes himself without any care for others. He is no longer dreamy and docile, and all his ambition has been channelled into something horrible and warped. He's sharper, more vicious and scheming and much less forgiving. Frighteningly enough, he remains the same facade-wise, for the most part. However, he's likely dedicated himself to causing chaos and hurting others where he can for some sadistic self-satisfication, or pulling them into despair to join him.

#0: Haneht finds some semblance of peace/closure, no longer doubts his self-indulgence or his need for escape. At the very least, he understands his behaviour better and begins to offer his help to others in escaping their own trauma/reality. Ionu takes interest and approaches, and from there he gains his mark of illusionism. Han could either use it to help others, or drag them down into depravity with him with all the mischief and meddling he involves himself in.

Family/Background

Re Ahnatep

	Haneht never got along well with his sire, and subsequently poisoned him out of spite, after he ordered the death of Ahnouk’s lover and consequently, indirectly killed her as well. Utahk was a man of pride and ambition, and expected only the best of himself and of his family. Officially, he died of poor health, struck down in his prime by a severe illness.
	Aymnah was a woman of great beauty, born into poverty. She rose into the ranks of the Gilded, when her husband bought her from the Garden of Concubines for a hefty sum. Though not particularly close, they shared a bond between parent and child that they never got to explore or strengthen, and her dying regrets were not being able to watch her children mature and marry well. Her untimely death left an impression on his young mind.
	Dependable and greatly respected, Yanne is 10 years older than Han. All of the siblings look towards her for guidance (and the best places to party). She stepped up as a maternal figure in the family after their mother’s passing. Surprisingly, despite her seriousness, she is very fun-loving and knows how to enjoy herself. She married a wealthy businessman, and was pregnant when Haneht left home.
	Enyah is 8 years older, and more of an easy-going, simple girl. She lacks the ambition the rest of her siblings have, but is perhaps the most hardy and tenacious of all of them, and can still be competitive when she wants to be. Despite being the smallest of all four scions, she’s also physically strongest, and likely can lift even Haneht. She married a renown weapon-smith.
	5 years older, she was closest to Haneht, and doted on him the most. Ahnouk played a vital role in his growing up, and was the most outgoing and wild of her three siblings. Her death was felt deeply, and greatly traumatised her baby brother when she literally died in his arms. Her ashes were scattered along with her lover’s, and her bracelet passed down to Haneht.

Pre-Creation

Summer :

> Han enters Alheas Park on the 8th and encounters Savis. Gets exposed to Wild Djed and experiences violent impulses that worsen throughout Summer, and abruptly stops near season’s end.
> Meets Raeyn, Mara, Narifa & Ayasi over the season. Rae becomes his latest romantic pursuit.
> Attends the free lecture by Corin Row on the 58th. Learns more about Wild Djed.
> Approaches Rae and beds him. Beds his twin, Mara, just days after in order to quell his nightmares and distract himself.
> Fights w Rae on 77th, and becomes greatly distraught and confused by years worth repressed emotions. Highly unstable and volatile.
> Violent impulses peak around the 80th. Drunkenly roams the streets and fights w Mauriel with intent to kill. Manages to stop, but feels guilty and frightened after. Stress increases.
> Self-isolation and searching begins. Han locks himself up for a good while, tries praying at some point. and dissappears from the social scene for the rest of Summer and the entirety of Fall.

Ideas/Dump

19 : Persuasive 
– The selected item causes other to be more easily swayed with your words. Add a +10 bonus to any Persuasion roll once per encounter.

▪ Okomo job thread [in development]:
- Han gets too into perfecting the dance and fails to understand what it is he's lacking and failing to perfect.
- Probably takes someone too literally and actually goes to study Okomo for a while in the peaks, in which in the meantime he comes across a groomer/okomo caretaker
- Learns a bit about okomo and chats w the caretaker. Han, while fond of animals; originally thought of them as no more than pretty lambs that just so happened to be greatly loved by the people, but ultimately no more than just animals. Livestock too special to eat.
- Adapts their approach/possible mindset for the dance, puts himself in their situation and invests himself in the telling of The okomo's Stride from an Okomo's perspective. Contrary to what he believes, they're rather intelligent creatures, and it is that very intelligence he's failed to portray in his past attempts.
