Dock & Boathouse


The Dock is already built... and Arch'd. He calls himself Reach.

Facing the Boathouse, Reach is attached to the boathouse on the left side. Further on the right is a rock arm that goes out into the bay forming a deepwater sheltered spot between the Boathouse and Sea Eagle Point.

The Tower Itself


This is the original tower - partially restored.

General Manor Layout

Notes:

• The multiple towers will all be living quarters.
• Stables are open in the summer, but battened down in winter.
• A full basement will be for training/magic training.
• Kitchen is off Main Hall but is two stories vaulted.
• Living Quarters can be tucked in anywhere else as well.

Stables

Notes:

• The Stables is more like a large indoor arena.
• Stalls can be assembled if necessary.
• The Architectrix can open up and close walls depending on season.
• Stables have incredible views but only open out onto the courtyard.
• Courtyard gate can be opened to let horses graze the lawns.
• Has storage for hay and grain in a small enclosed section at the far side.
• Tack room included housing tack and harnessing.
• Forge beneath - wagons/carts parked down below too.
• Forge helps heat the stables in winter.

More Views Around The Manor

The Empyreal Manor has three main floors plus an extensive basement into the cliffs it rests on overlooking the sea. It started with the main tower, moved its stairway off the tower into its own tower to allowed more room for the main tower floorspace. Then there is a great hall, kitchen off that, and living quarters upstairs in a quad around the great hall. There are other towers now, a library, sitting rooms, and a solar next to the big observation deck. Gardens stretch into a lawn on one side, and trails lead all around it.
