While Sylira is by far the most civilized region of Mizahar, countless surprises and encounters await the traveler in its rural wilderness. Called the Wildlands, Syliran's wilderness is comprised of gradual rolling hills in the south that become deep wilderness in the north. Ruins abound throughout the wildlands, and only the well-marked roads are safe.

Ethan and Emilie had been traveling for several days now and things couldn't have been better. From their first day of passionate kissing Ethan couldn't keep his mind off of her. Not simply because of her body or the passion she created in him. It was something more tangible than that. It came from the joy of having a good companion. One that made you feel wanted in a way. Leaving him happy and satisfied with the day. It was a more natural type of liking.

She was good people, and that was a first for Ethan. His master never cared all that much for him besides what Ethan could do and accomplish. The crew he served were friends but always kept distant because of his strange abilities.

The trip to Syliras didn't meet any major bumps except for having to carry the heavy clothing when running or flying from point to point. It was exhausting for both of them and Ethan decided it was better on foot. The winter was chilling them to the bone but it was getting easier as the days passed. They were animals after all and they adapted easily.

Ethan also made the decision that for warmth they would huddle naked and kiss at night. He told Emilie it was so the heat they built up would keep them warm threw the night. He doubted she was stupid enough to fall for that but since she never refused it meant she wanted it. It was a coy and erotic balance of ignorance and lust.

The weather this morning was rough, the cold woke them up and forced them to “Huddle” for their life. When things finally cleared up and the sun came threw Ethan and Emilie headed out. They were walking threw a fairly large grassy meadow that stretched for some time.

Since they were no were near normal trade routes or roads Ethan wanted to get a little sun. His cloths were stripped off and carried in his arms. It was cold but the sunny day allowed plenty of natural warmth that clothing blocked. It was working for the most part if winds kept calm. He advised Emilie to do the same earlier. Walking threw a grassy plain, dirt and mud caked his feet Ethan wanted to pester Emilie.

“Are you excited about going to the capital Emilie? It is filled with men and their customs but you have been picking up well. Besides your stunning beauty will capture even the strongest man's affection. Words won't be needed.” He smiled complimenting his cultural student. He wanted to say the king would be taken by her beauty, but decided not to. Sad to say Ethan had no idea if they even had a king? All he knew of Syliras was that it's the capital of the land and very civilized. Plus something called Knights lived their and his former master told him to stay away at all costs.

The sky was a nice crystal blue and small wisps of clouds blocked out the sun here and there. The cold and sun combined to make a completely beautiful day. The land around them had been stripped of some of its natural green luster but in the luminescent sun it almost looked like early spring. The beauty of this place made him resent the ocean he was forced upon but only a little. It was simply for the fact that he had missed the forest for a sea he wasn't really built for. A wooden deck, drunk crewmen and an endless treacherous sea only sailors could love.

Sunshine and Mental Breakdowns (Emilie Joungblood)

Emilie was quietly walking beside Ethan, who was nude. For once she controlled her urges to stare at his magnificently made body from the heavens. She was distracted by the gougeus meadow they had been walking through. Every now and again, Emilie took a big whiff of the air, and let the aroma of fragrances devour her nose.

It was such a beautiful day. Winter was never the nicest of seasons, but today it was being curtious. It was allowing everyone to enjoy the glorious sun, instead of hiding it behind gloomy clouds. Warmth and radiance spread over Emilie as the wonderful pretending rays from the sun, gently sprinkled on her skin, letting tingls of warmth cover her.

"Exciement would not be the word to describe how I feel about reaching the capitol." Emilie replied slowly moving into reality, not letting anymore of the glorious day distract her. She smiled and looked up tO the sky. "Nervous would be better word." She admitted. As Ethan went on complimentig Emilie on her beauty, she rolled her eyes. "Oh please Ethan," She giggled "A man may find a beautifuknrose, but when he goes tonpick it, the rose's countless thorns will relentlessly scar his hand." Her odd colored eyes sparked that oh so familiar wild look.

And with that reply, Emilie kept walking and began to sing. Her melodious voice traveled through the chilly air. Her radiant and beautiful voice rang out, and it was almost as if all the sing birds stopped to hear her sing. Emilie may be a wolf, but she had a voice of a morning dove that sang the tune that makes the sun rise every morning.

Ethan turned to his student. Nervous wasn't something a proud Wolf Kelvic should be feeling. Her comment about her beauty and the thorns made him smile. He wrapped his arm around her and gave her a good squeeze.

“That is why you cannot pick the flower. A smart man like myself learns to simply bask in the beauty while being careful not to disturb anything. If you were picked you wouldn't grow and that's no fun at all.” He paused for a moment and took in her beauty. Some times it felt like a full time job resting the urges to kiss her. He might have been smart with civilization and charm in general but resisting her wasn't a strong point.

“That why I am currently building a little house near the flower. Then wait until it grows well. Take it out of the ground with glows and have it in a large pot with good soil. So I can always be with it and the flower with never get hurt by the elements.” He felt like he was going too far into the metaphoric but it didn't matter.

The sky was thankfully clear allowing the suns rays to linger and warm the two. It was a beautiful day to be traveling with a beautiful Wolf.

“Besides all that metaphoric crap.” He smiled at Emilie, still resisting the massive want to kiss her. Instead he leaned down and planted a sweet kiss on her check.

“We need to go over your manners then if your nervous. Alright first off, what must you always keep on?”

“How do you properly greet someone?”

“Who must you always avoid?”
