Charoda and combat

While I know Charoda are typically a peaceful race, if a charoda were inclined to pick up ranged combat, ie throwing knives and such, while above water, would it be able to physically accomplish this goal? Or as a race are they too weak?

*is insulted* I'll have you know we Charoda are more than capable of using ranged weapons, in some cases more so than a land-dwelling species because of the resistance of the water strengthening our muscles! (Sorry, I'm a charoda and I couldn't resist! )
