there is a new feature for you to have fun with: profile messages! Every profile now comes with a public tagboard. You can use it in a number of ways, from leaving witty remarks to complimenting someone on a post well written - you can even post in your own tagboard to keep track of a half-done write-up you aren't ready to post just yet. The profile owner can freely delete these messages, as can administrators, though messages can't be edited. There are several options in your user control panel ("Board preferences") with which you can disable this feature, restrict it to your friends, or choose to be notified via e-mail when someone posts in your profile (or you can look at the "new comments" bit at the top of each page).
