Jokor growled in irritation when the squire slapped away his meager attempt of a stab with his shield, nearly slapping the dagger out of his hand in the process. Jokor guessed that the only reason he hadn't lost his weapon was because the squire didn't hit harder, quickly stepping back to give himself some breathing room. His opponent however didn't plan on giving him any quickly rushing towards him, trying to avoid the blow jokor threw himself backwards narrowly avoiding the blow of the shield, falling hard enough on the ground after that to knock most of the air out of his lungs. Quickly climbing back onto his feet while shaking his head to get rid of the black spots stumbling back into something that resembled a fighting stance. He narrowed his eyes at the squire as he waited for him to make his move. He had to admit this guy was a lot better then he thought. A wicked grin came over his face. But he was still a knight, and those played fair. |
