Bangles and Blooms is going to be a small business located in the actual home of the Ex-Nykan Monk Shadekas. This business plan includes the cost of a loan for his home, which Syka allows. The main focus of this plan is Shade's particular style of jewelry. He is going to be offering mostly metal masculine type jewelry with a flair for local available natural gemstones, agates, and things like abalone shell to inlay.

He will have feminine jewelry available, but his emphasis will be on mostly metal pieces. His Semele gnosis (which will be written up promptly) will allow him to locate specific gemstones and minerals within a certain distance of his physical person, so collecting these items will be fairly easy for him.

He will also have bracelets and necklaces of collected shells available as well. Shade can and will do jewelry work for precious gems, but he needs to be supplied the gemstones or must make a trip to The Outpost to source them.

The florist part of his business reflects his new hobby since coming to Syka. He just simply loves the flowers blooming everywhere and will begin to learn the art of floristry and flower arranging in his spare time to augment his business. I have no profits for this reflected in his business plan, only that he will offer this flowers for sale.

This business will be located right off the beach south of The Tidepool Bar. It will be across the cobbled pathway from The Panacea. Shade will most likely rent out his extra rooms.

Shade will have a variety of agates and more semi-precious gemstones collected from around Syka. Expensive gemstones like diamonds, rubies, sapphires, etc will have to be purchased at The Outpost in stone dealers for pieces to be completed. He does not keep an inventory at hand.

Florist Supplies :

Shade is going to harvest the flowers himself locally and do the arranging. Thus there is no up front flower cost. There is however cost involved with purchasing containers, using pins, ribbons, etc. Any adhesive he uses he can make himself and being a jeweler he already has wire and the skill for making adhesives. He’s going to sell the arrangements via container because it’s the only way I can think to fairly price bougets. There will be no traditional flowers (ie roses) unless they can be grown and cultivated in the tropics. His bouquets will always be comprised of tropical flowers and foliage.

Approved with the following notes and comments: The blending of a jewelry and florist shop is definitely something different as far as Mizahar businesses go but it works well. The name you chose is fitting but for some reason feels slightly dirty. I do like that you addressed the availability of gemstones. I think more common stones, gem or otherwise, found in Syka would be easy to use to establish future additions to your business' price list. More uncommon and rare types would likely require some setup in thread as to how you would regularly acquire even small amounts for limited additional offerings in said price list. This is relatively easy to do through job threads. The floor-plan is also a very nice addition and helps give a good idea of how the location is setup. Enjoy!
