FELAKAL Basic Information Race: Akalak Birthday & Age : 4th Day of Spring 481AV Gender: Male Physical Description: Felakal stands about 6'4" and weighs 200lbs. He's got long black hair pulled back in a ponytail, and always vigilent dark eyes. Felakal is somewhat handsome, muscular like his brethren but not as buff. He's definitely smaller then other Akalak. Scars show randomly across his body from training incidents.

Character Concept: Felakal has a very secluded personality. He tends to avoid others, he isn't shy, but he doesn't enjoy speaking with others much. His only friends are the eagle and horse that his father left him. Felakal is no where near secluded when it comes to Naturii, Kanaar, and Foreen. His eagle, horse, and hawk. With them he's both funny and outgoing, just as he used to be as a child. He's both a warrior and a scholar, spending all of his days studying and training. He has solid ethics, not by law, but by heart. He'll do what he believes to be the right thing. He will work for a wrong doer so long as it doesn't cause pain to an innocent. He greatly fears snakes and serpents, all forms of them. Felakal isn't a drunk but he will never pass on the mead when passed around. His darker side, Morgah, is much different. It seems as if his past effects this dark soul very much. He attacks almost anything in his path. Good or bad. Anger and hatred is in his face, but pain and sorrow flashes through his eyes. The eyes almost seem childish, as if owned by a boy from long ago. Almost nothing can stop Felakal in his fit of rage except for a serious fight that could lead to the death, or his companion Naturii. When their eyes lock, Felakal will blackout. Only to awake again the way he was before his dark soul surfaced. Felakal generally has control and his lighter soul is in charge. But has broken down twice.

Character History: Felakal was born under his father Feishkal, Akalak, and his mother Shila, Konti. As a youth he was loved by all the other boys and even the elders. He was an excellent fighter and hunter. He was living up to his father's legacy. At the age of only 16, his mother was murdered in her sleep. His father, Feishkal, awoke to witness the murder and attacked his wife's killer in a fight to the death. He was able to kill the murderer , but, unfortunately, his wounds were too great. Before he passed on, he gave Felakal his own Eagle, Naturii. He also made Felakal promise to continue his training. After his parents' funeral, Felakal quickly became isolated. Many adults tried to help the young boy, in honor of his father, but Felakal turned most of them down. The only one he allowed to help was Sulavik. He had taken him to Sulavik's father and uncle's house. Unable to continue living in his parents' house, he decided to sleep at Sulaviks, and down by the beach under the mountain. He could no longer train with the other boys, Felakal felt too distant from the others now. He took up studying of miscellaneous affairs and his fighting style began to evolve. As he grew older he came across both his friend and horse, Kanaar. Nearing his adulthood, less people talked to him. Other than the store keepers and tavern owners and Sulavik's father and uncle. But even they tried to keep their distance. After Sulavik left Riverfall, Felakal was left alone with his animals. So he took to his cave on the beach. He spent most of his time there. He slept and trained there nearly every day and night. He also began to study even more than he used to. He finally reached manhood and performed his Rite of Manhood. He knowingly excepted not having a second name, since his family line had ended before his training complete. He would forever be known as Felakal. During his Zith hunt, Naturri saved his life multiple times. And Felakal knew that up in the sky, Naturri had no one to help her if she ran into trouble. So the day after his Rite of Passage into Adulthood, he bought his new friend Foreen. A beautiful hawk. Due to a snake bite, Felakal's horse Kanaar died. Morgrah, Felakal's darker soul, emerged and killed two snake charmers. When Felakal managed to take control again, he was forced to flee from Riverfall to Ravok in hopes of finding Sulavik.
