"It is no problem," Jaelyn replied to Dimitri's apology with a soft smile, "I am sorry I was not confident enough in my riding skills to join the two of you," and with that she followed Dimitri into the corral and dismounted as well.

While Jaelyn's shield wasn't nearly as large as Dimitri's, Jaelyn still had some hard work getting over the fence in her heavy full plate armor. She made it over with some slow work though, and followed Dimitri up the hill. She was silent as Dimitri spoke to the Knight, but at the compliment from the man Jaelyn bowed her head slightly and replied, "Thank you Ser, we will do our best."

Following Dimitri once more Jaelyn carefully picked her way over the rough terrain, and soon enough they found themselves in a suitable training area. Looking it over slowly Jaelyn gave a nod and a soft smile, "Yes, this looks like a fine place to train," she then turned to look at Markus, "What do you think, Markus?"

'No, you just wanted to show off.' Markus thought as he silently followed the duo. He looked around. Recognizing most of the area. Reminiscing about his encounter with the Konti ladies. He also hoped he wouldn't be stationed near the mines. He looked over to Jaelyn and Dimitri and noticed the duo had already corralled their horses. Markus briefly looked in the direction of the entrance to the mines. Before refocusing on the group. He couldn't berate Dimitri for being undisciplined, if his own mind swayed like that. He dismounted and began to work on the saddle. Dimitri wouldn't have to worry about that as he rode bareback. Markus removed the saddle and carried it away. It was quite heavy, especially while wearing heavy armor. Markus could have made the squire at the corrals do the work, but he took a pride in doing such things himself. When he was done he followed the duo of squires up the side. It was no easy climb, especially not with the armor encumbering him, but with a mixture of determination and physical prowess, sprinkled with some luck, he managed to get up to the top with no humiliating incidents. A flicker of recognition crossed Markus’ eyes as he saw the knight. He was pretty sure he had seen that knight at the mines before. ”We won’t let you down!” Markus responded with determination to the knight when his companions decided to stay quiet. They made their way deeper into the forrest until Dimitri spoke and Markus looked around. It looked like almost any other spot in the forrest. Which was why it was perfect. ”A fine place, Dimitri.” Praising the squire for his choice in place. ”Well, we didn’t come here to admire the scenery.” Markus said a moment later. ”I have a good exercize we can begin with. One of us pick a position to defend and the other two will attack this position. If the defender is beaten, then another her place. Jaelyn, would you like to start off as defender? If you’re up for the exercize, that is.” It was a simple exercize. Promoting teamwork in the attacking team, while encouraging the defender to pick the best defensible spot and how to fight off several attackers.

Too bad Dimitri and Jaelyn disappeared. I saw things started off really abbreviated, but as time went on things got more action filled and detailed, that was good.
