Sharth was walking toward the Red Diamond Tavern. His fur was currently white to match the frozen landscape, his scent masked. His stomach rumbled, and he was here seeking to sate his hunger. He hoped they had some all vegetarian meals, but he doubted it. The land wasn't real hospitable for farming, and he doubted that insects were in abundance like back home. He could eat meat if he had to, he just preferred not to.

He pushed open the door and ducked inside to the cozy atmosphere. He was surprised at how warm it was, and noisy as well. He was thankful that the building was two stories tall, so he could stand at full height, towering over all of the other patrons. As he moved over to a spot at the bar, his fur slowly began shifting from his camouflage white to it's normal black. Arriving at the bar, he moved aside the stool and sat crossed legged at the bar. He didn't feel like paying for a broken chair, and he was now at eye level or taller than the other bar patrons. He order a beer and a meal with vegetables.

As he sat there eating and drinking the bitter beer, he noticed people staring at him. But not in a manner that made him feel out of place, but more like they all wanted to help him out. He smiled and continued eating when he heard music start near the fireplace. He saw musicians playing and his free hand began to unknowingly tap to the beat. The way the band was situated it appeared they were waiting on a dancer or something similar. Curious, he turned so he could have a better view.
